Cirqul is not endorsed by or affiliated with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or FINRA. Funds held in or accessed through the Cirqul platform are not FDIC-insured deposits unless otherwise explicitly stated in connection with a specific product offered through an FDIC-insured bank partner.

CIRQUL AI (CARA) Disclosure

Cirqul's AI-powered financial assistant, CARA, uses large language models and machine learning technologies to generate personalized financial information and guidance. You should be aware of the following:

CARA can make mistakes. AI-generated content, summaries, recommendations, and plans may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors. You should independently verify any information before relying on it.
CARA does not independently take action on your accounts. CARA may provide guidance on financial tasks, but it does not execute transactions or make changes to your accounts without your direct authorization.
CARA is not a substitute for professional advice. CARA is not intended to provide investment, legal, or tax advice. Always consult a licensed professional before making significant financial decisions.
AI technology is rapidly evolving. Cirqul makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any output from CARA.

Debt Collection Disclosure

Where applicable, Cirqul operates as a debt collector under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and information obtained can be used for debt collection purposes. If you believe you have received a communication from Cirqul regarding a debt, you have the following rights:

You have the right to request verification of the debt at anytime. If requested within 30 the first 30 days of initial contact we will cease collections activities until verified.
You have the right to dispute the debt if you believe it is inaccurate.
You have the right to request that Cirqul cease contact, subject to applicable law.

Bill Negotiator Disclosures

Cirqul's Bill Negotiator facilitates bill reduction negotiations on your behalf with telecommunications, internet, cable, satellite, security, and other subscription providers. See Terms of Use for full policy. The following disclosures apply:

Results are not guaranteed. Cirqul cannot guarantee that any negotiation will result in a reduction in your bill. Outcomes depend on your Provider, your current plan, and applicable promotions.
Negotiated Savings calculation. Savings are calculated by comparing your current rate to the new rate obtained, multiplied by the number of months the new rate will be in effect (up to a maximum of 24 months). One-time fees, general industry price increases, or the expiration of pre-existing promotions are excluded from Negotiated Savings calculations.
Cirqul's agents act on your behalf. When performing Bill Reduction Services, Cirqul's agents act on your behalf. You authorize the agents to communicate with your Provider, access your account, and make changes to your service tier as described in the Terms of Use.
Provider changes. After a successful negotiation, your Provider may limit your ability to revert to a prior plan. Cirqul is not responsible for any changes a Provider makes to your account outside the scope of the negotiation.

Subscription Fees

Cirqul offers paid subscription plans required to access certain products and features. Current pricing is as follows:

Monthly Plan: $25.00 per month
Weekly Plan: $5.00 per week

Pricing is subject to change. Cirqul will provide advance notice of any price increases. Subscription fees are charged to your designated payment method on or after your scheduled payment date. Cancellation requests may take up to three (3) business days to process. For details, see the Terms of Use or contact support@cirqul.com.

Third-Party Partners and Services

Cirqul's platform integrates with third-party service providers, data aggregators, and financial institutions to deliver its products and features. These partners may include, but are not limited to, credit bureaus, identity theft protection providers, bank account aggregators, and bill negotiation agents.

Cirqul does not control the products, services, terms, or privacy practices of its third-party partners. Your use of third-party services accessed through Cirqul is subject to the respective partner's terms and conditions. Cirqul is not responsible for the actions or omissions of any third party, including failures by any Provider to reduce your bill or by any partner to perform agreed-upon services.

Cirqul may receive compensation from third-party marketing partners in connection with displaying offers for financial products and services. Cirqul acts solely as an intermediary between you and such partners and does not endorse or guarantee any third-party products or services.

Data and Privacy

Cirqul collects, uses, and shares your personal and financial information as described in the Cirqul Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you authorize Cirqul and its partners to access, retrieve, verify, and use your financial information as necessary to provide the Services, as further described in the Terms of Use.

Credit monitoring and identity protection services may involve the use of your Social Security number and other sensitive personal information. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully before enrolling in these services.

Regulatory and Licensing Disclosures

Cirqul is registered to conduct business in applicable U.S. jurisdictions. Specific licensing disclosures required by state or federal law are available at cirqul.com/policies/licenses.

Cirqul's services are intended solely for use within the United States by individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who are U.S. citizens or legal residents. Use of the services outside the United States, or by individuals who do not meet these requirements, is not authorized.

Electronic Communications

By using Cirqul's Services, you consent to receive all required notices, disclosures, and communications electronically, as described in the Electronic Consent Terms set forth in the Terms of Use. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting support@cirqul.com, subject to the conditions outlined in the Terms of Use.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes between you and Cirqul are subject to binding individual arbitration and a class action waiver, as described in the Dispute Resolution section of the Terms of Use.
